Tempeh with sesame seeds




šŸŒ±šŸŒ±Ingredients (4 pers)

- 2 pieces of tempeh

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

šŸŒ± Sauce

- 3 tbsp tamari Sauce

- 3 tbsp water

- 1 tsp maple syrup

- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce

šŸŒ±šŸŒ± Instructions

- Cut the tempeh in cubes

- Warm a wok over medium-high heat with the oil. Add the tempeh and garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes to release the fragrance.

- Combine the sauce ingredients in a cup, stirring well.

- Add the sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the wok is dry.

- It's ready! Serves with rice, noodles, a bowl, ...
