Tempeh on your pizza?
This delicious comforting pizza is a great idea to get to know tempeh!

Cut the tempeh into cubes of +/- 1 x 1cm. Marinate in some soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and paprika (and / or other spices you like and go with pumpkin & Brussels sprouts).
Bake 400g Brussels sprouts (cut in 2) in the oven for +/- 20min (200 °) with a little olive oil + salt and pepper. Not a fan of Brussels sprouts? Broccoli, for example, is a tasty alternative!
Boil 350g pumpkin. Using a hand blender, mix 120g cashew nuts (soaked for at least 15min in warm water) with the pumpkin. Add garlic and paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Spread 2 pizza bases with the cashew / pumpkin puree. Put the Brussels sprouts on top and put it in the oven (200 °) for +/- 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the marinated tempeh cubes in soy butter. Take the pizzas out of the oven and divide the tempeh cubes over them. Finish with balsamic cream.
